- We sell medical supplies, home-health devices, personal care products and accessories for general consumer use. Product descriptions are provided for information only and do not constitute medical advice.
- Home medical devices (such as blood pressure monitors, thermometers and pulse oximeters) are intended for personal monitoring and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a physician or pharmacist regarding any health concern, and read the manufacturer's instructions before use.
- We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colours, packaging and minor specifications may vary from images shown.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order where stock is unavailable.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are additional and are confirmed with your order.
- Payment is made cash on delivery to the courier at the time your order is delivered, unless another method is expressly agreed with us in writing.
- We may correct pricing errors at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order without charge.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order on WhatsApp and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, incomplete contact details, or repeated failed deliveries. Orders not confirmed by the customer within 24 hours may be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within Jordan only, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you when the package is delivered and paid for.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Certain hygiene and sterile products are non-returnable once opened. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Jordanian law.
8. Warranties
Electronic medical devices carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. Except as expressly stated, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided without any additional warranty. We do not warrant that products are suitable for a particular medical purpose.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; place fraudulent or fictitious orders; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; copy, scrape or redistribute Site content; or interfere with the Site's operation. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
