1. Return Window
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your order confirmation. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted, except for manufacturer warranty claims on electronic medical devices (see section 6).
2. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened, in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all seals, protective films, manuals, accessories and free gifts intact.
- Accompanied by your order number (JBO-XXXXXX-XXXX) or the delivery receipt.
Items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging caused after delivery may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons — and in line with common practice for medical and personal care products — the following items are non-returnable once opened or once the seal is broken, unless they arrived damaged or defective:
- Face masks, gloves, disposable protective items, and sterile products (gauze, dressings, syringes).
- Thermometers, pulse oximeters and other devices that come into contact with the body, once the seal is broken.
- False eyelashes, cosmetics, makeup tools, hair accessories and any personal care item that has been opened or tried.
- Bath sponges, loofahs and similar personal hygiene products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance on the product page.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and, if possible, send a photo of the item and packaging on WhatsApp. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including the delivery fee. In these cases the hygiene exclusions above do not apply.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +962 79 7692576 or by email at info@jbayader.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Approval. Our team will confirm your request within one working day and explain the next step.
- Hand over the item. Depending on your location, we will either send our courier to collect the item or ask you to return it to our pickup point at Amman, Jordan. Please pack it securely in the original packaging.
- Inspection. Once we receive the item, we inspect it within 2 working days to confirm it meets the conditions above.
- Refund or exchange. Approved exchanges are shipped immediately. Approved refunds are issued as described in section 7.
6. Warranty on Medical Devices
Electronic devices such as blood pressure monitors and pulse oximeters are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of [warranty period, e.g. 12 months] against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, liquid, or incorrect batteries. Contact us with your order number to start a warranty claim.
7. Refund Method and Timing
- Because our orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer, CliQ, or an e-wallet of your choice, or as store credit if you prefer.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
- The original delivery fee is refunded only when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost of collecting or returning the item [is deducted from the refund / is paid by the customer].
8. Exchanges
You may exchange an eligible item for a different size, colour or product of equal or higher value (the difference is paid on delivery). If the replacement is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once the courier has collected the order, it is treated as a return under this policy.
